Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Fight Club Tech ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Fight Club Tech provides AI infrastructure consulting, datacenter solutions, and partner network services to businesses seeking to deploy and scale AI workloads. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI datacenter provider matching and comparison
• Infrastructure consulting and architecture design
• Partner network access and collaboration tools
• Training and resource libraries for AI infrastructure

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Acceptable Use

Termination

IN NO EVENT SHALL FIGHT CLUB TECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fight Club Tech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fight Club Tech operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
